Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole spinach leaves. 10
  2. Oats 1 1/2 cup
  3. Semolina 3 tbs
  4. All purpose flour 3tbsp
  5. Salt
  6. Ginger- garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  7. Oil
  8. Tamarind chutney

Instructions

  1. Roll the oats. Make a batter of oats, semolina, flour, salt, ginger-garlic paste. Dip spinach leaves in this batter then fry. You may after dipping in chutney or make chaat by mixing curd chutney, sev etc.
