Ingredients to make Italian spiced sabudana tikkis

  • sabudana / sago - 1 cup
  • Roasted peanuts - 1 tbsp
  • potatoes - 2 , boiled
  • Dry oregano - 1 tsp
  • Chili flacks - 1 tsp
  • Italian seasoning - 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp

How to make Italian spiced sabudana tikkis

  1. Soak sabudana in 1 1/2 cup of water for overnight ..
  2. Then take a flat bowl .add boiled potatoes. Smashed it,then add soaked sabudana,Salt to taste,chili flacks ,oregano ,italian seasoning and peanuts...
  3. Mix everything very well to form a soft dough.
  4. Then take medium portion from the sabudana mixture dough.and give a shape like tikki.
  5. Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil...add sabudana tikkiss ..fry both sides till light brown..
  6. Ready italian spiced sabudana tikkis..serve tikkis with green chatny and yogurt..
