Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup quinoa
  2. 2 cups water
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1½ cups thick curd
  5. 2 tsps oil
  6. ½ tsp mustard seeds
  7. 1 tsp urad dal and Chana dal
  8. 6 curry leaves
  9. 2 chillies
  10. Coriander

Instructions

  1. Take quinoa and add water to it. Add salt Place the bowl in a cooker and cook for 6 whistles. Let it cool
  2. In a tadka pan add oil and mustard seeds. Let the mustard splutter.
  3. Add urad dal and Chana dal and let it turn golden.
  4. Add curry leaves.
  5. Add this tadka to the curd which is beaten a bit with some salt.
  6. Mix it up well and garnish with coriander.
  7. Serve it chilled
