Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 ripe Apple chopped
  2. 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa
  3. 2 cups of milk
  4. 1 tablespoon of jaggery (grated)
  5. A pinch of cinnamon
  6. 1 teaspoon of honey for drizzle
  7. 1/2 cup ice cubes/crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except honey in a blender and churn to perfection.
  2. Drizzle honey on the side walls of a chilled serving glass and pour the quinoa shake.
  3. Season with cinnamon powder and serve chilled
