This recipe is the one we always relished during navratri. This brings back my childhood memories.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 Arbi
  2. 2 raw bananas
  3. 2 to 3 green chilies
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Ghee for Deep Frying
  6. 100 gms shinghare ka atta
  7. 100 gms kuttu ka atta
  8. 2 tea spoon black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Take 2 raw bananas and 5 arbi medium sized
  2. Mash them uniformly
  3. Add salt ( sendha Namak) you can use normal salt as per taste
  4. Add black pepper powder two teaspoon
  5. Add green chilies( how ever spicy you want to eat)
  6. Singhara ke atta and kuttu ka atta
  7. 100gms kuttu ka attack and singahare ka atta
  8. Knead it without water
  9. Make small balls out of them
  10. Roll them into roundrels
  11. Deep fry them
