ABOUT Aloo patta gobhi RECIPE

Its a very tasty healthy and easy dish which goes well with chapaties parathas or even as a side dish dal and rice. You will surely love this if you try once.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. One small chopped cabbage
  2. 4-5 potatoes chopped into bigs pieces
  3. 3-4 green chillies slit and cut into halves
  4. 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
  5. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
  8. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pressure cooker and add mustard seeds
  2. Then add chopped cabbage potatoes chillies and mix
  3. Now add turmeric powder salt and chilli flakes and mix well. Add a very little water so that it doesn't burn and cover it with a lid
  4. Switch off the flame after two whistle and wait for few minutes
  5. Open it and serve hot with chapati or rice
