Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup thin poha
  2. Half cup or less sugar depending on taste
  3. Half cup hot water
  4. Cashews and Raisins
  5. 6- 7 tsp ghee
  6. Saffron or kesar food color (optional)
  7. 1/8 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Add 1tsp ghee and fry cashews and raisins and keep it aside
  2. In same pan fry the poha in ghee until it's slightly brown
  3. Immediately add hot water and mix it until poha is cooked and water is absorbed
  4. Add cardamom powder, sugar, kesari food color , add the remaining ghee and now keep mixing it until ghee seperates...
  5. Add fried cashews and raisins. Serve it hot
