Make delicious healthy full of protein ,fibre dessert made in few minutes by grinding roasted chana no need to keep on roasting for hours to make laddus

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Roasted black gram /chana powder -200 grams
  2. Powdered sugar -125grams
  3. Desi ghee -100grams
  4. Cardamom powder-1tsp
  5. Chopped almonds -2tbsp


  1. Finely grind roasted chana /black gram to make chana flour in a grinder.
  2. In a wok melt ghee.
  3. Add roasted chana flour and roast for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Switch off the flame .
  5. Add powdered sugar.
  6. Add cardamom powder.
  7. Add finely chopped almonds .
  8. Mix it well.
  9. Now bind the mixture with hands to make round balls /laddus shape,apply little ghee on hands before making laddus.
  10. Healthy , delicious full of protein ,fibres,minerals laddus are ready to gobble up!!
