Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 5 betel leaves
  2. 2 boiled potato
  3. 1 cup gram flour
  4. 1 spoon salt
  5. 1 spoon red chilli powder
  6. 1 spoon turmeric
  7. 1 spoon fenel seeds
  8. 1 spoon dhaniya powder
  9. 1 spoon jeera
  10. A pinch of hing
  11. 2 fine chopped green chilli
  12. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. For stuffing... Mashed the potato.. Take a pan with 2 spoon oil..
  2. Add a pinch of heeng.half spoon jeera..half spoon salt red chilli turmeric nd dhaniya powder.
  3. Add mashed potato nd 2 spoon gram flour nd mix well... Ur stuffing is ready..
  4. Now take a betel leaf put the stuffing nd make a tight roll with the help of toothpick..
  5. Take a big bowl.add 1 cup gram flour..and add all the remaining spices like salt red chilli powder turmeric fenel seeds dhaniya powder and heeng.. Add water nd make a thin paste..
  6. Now dip the betel roll in this better..
  7. Nd deep fry..
  8. Now ur besani paan roll is ready to eat..
