Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1.jug butter milk
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 1 chopp onion
  4. 2tbs gng paste
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/4tsp red chilly powder
  8. A pinch of hing
  9. 10 kari patta
  10. 1/4tsp jeera
  11. 1/4tsp mustard seeds.
  12. Green coriander leaves 4 garnishing
  13. For Pakoras.....2 cup besan.
  14. 1 chopp onion
  15. 1 chopp potato
  16. 1 green chilly
  17. Salt
  18. 1/4ajwain
  19. Oil 4 frying.

Instructions

  1. Take k big patila n pour d butter milk
  2. Add besan.salt.haldi n blend it.well.
  3. Nw heat oil in a vessele n put jeera.mustard seeda.kari patta.a pinch of hing
  4. Nw add onions n gng paste.saute well
  5. Add butter milk better n boil on slow flame atleast 20 minutes
  6. Nw make pakoras.
  7. Make a better of besan add.onion.potato.green chilly.salt.ajwain n mix well.
  8. Heat d oil n make small pakoras. N fry.
  9. When kari thicken then add pakoras.
  10. Make a bhagar of red chilly.jeera n 2dry red chilly.
  11. Pour on d kari
  12. Serve wid rice ya parantha.
