  • 1 cup besan.
  • salt.
  • 1/4tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1/4tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 dry red chilli
  • 1/4tsp red chilli powder.
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 2 onion.
  • 2 tbs gng paste
  • For Pakoras..
  • 2 cup besan
  • 2 onion
  • 2 chopp potatoes
  • 2 green chilli
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp carrom seeds.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli
  • oil for frying.

How to make Punjabi kari Chawal.

  1. Make d better of buttermilk n besan
  2. Add salt n turmeric powder.
  3. Heat oil n put cumin seeds.fenugreak seeds.mustard seeds till crackle.
  4. Put dry red chilli
  5. Add onion n gng paste
  6. Cook it
  7. Add red chilli powder
  8. Put better in it.
  9. If u need add water.
  10. Cook on simmer till thickens.
  11. For Pakoras..
  12. Make better of besan
  13. Add salt n carrom seeds.
  14. Add chopp onion.potatoes.green chillies.
  15. Mix it.
  16. Heat oil
  17. Make small pakoras.
  18. Add pakoras in kari.
  19. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  20. Serve with steamed rice.

My Tip:

U can pour degi mirch tadka on it.
