Punjabi Mah Chawal.

Ingredients to make Punjabi Mah Chawal.

  • 1 cup whole black urad dal.
  • 1/2cup red kidney bean(rajma)
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli
  • 1/4tsp garam masala
  • 2 onion
  • 2 tomato
  • 1tbs gng paste.
  • 1tsp mustard oil.
  • 2 tbs fresh malai
  • 1 cup milk.
  • coriander leaves
  • 1.glass rice
  • 1/4tsp cumin seeds.
  • salt.

How to make Punjabi Mah Chawal.

  1. Soak d.dal with rajma 20 minutes.
  2. Now put in cooker with salt n gng paste n 1 tbs mustard oil.
  3. After 1 whistle cook 20 minutes on simmer.
  4. Put 1 cup milk n boil it.
  5. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds
  6. Put chopp onion.tomato.green chilli.
  7. Nw add red chilli n pour tadka on dal
  8. Garnish with fresh malai.
  9. Soak d rice 10 minutes.
  10. Put oil in cooker
  11. Add cumin seeds n salt.
  12. Put rice n 1 glass water.
  13. Serve with dal.
  14. Nw

My Tip:

U can make boil rice with dal.
