Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ragi flour_ 2cups
  2. Rice flour_ 1cup
  3. Moong sprouts_ 3/4cup
  4. Grated bottlegaurd_ 1.5 cups
  5. Greenchille_ 5
  6. Seasom seeds_ 2 tbsp
  7. Salt_to taste
  8. oil
  9. Chopped carrot_ 1/4cup

Instructions

  1. chop the green chilies and Moong sprouts.
  2. mix the all ingredients (not oil)in a wide bowl. No need to add water.with grated bottlegaurd we will make soft dough
  3. devide the dough in to small balls.make the round shape roti by hand. I used smasher to make round roti
  4. place this roti on dosa pan on medium flame. Sprinkl the oil and flip it for both sides fry. Do the all roties like this
  5. serve these hot ragi roties with Tommato sauce
