Sprouts kothu Parrota Roti.

Ingredients to make Sprouts kothu Parrota Roti.

  • Sprouts 1 cup.
  • Roti. 2 to 3
  • onion chopped 2.
  • garlic minced 1 tbsp
  • ginger paste 1 tsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • coconut grated 1 tbsp
  • sesame seeds roasted 1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves check 1 tbsp
  • mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Aamchur powder 1 tsp.
  • asafoetida a pinch
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry patta few.
  • oil 2 tbsp.
  • Cheese grated ( if you are making for kids.)

How to make Sprouts kothu Parrota Roti.

  1. Make pieces of Roti with hands. ( If making for kids crumble between palms)
  2. Heat oil. Add Asafoetida followed by mustard seeds.
  3. Add Chopped onions. Saute for a minute. Add garlic, ginger and all masala.
  4. Add curry leaves too. Give it a stir. Add sprouts. Stir fry on medium high heat.
  5. Add d sesame seeds and coconut .
  6. Chop mint leaves and add.
  7. Mix everything well. Adjust salt
  8. Add aamchur powder .
  9. Sprinkle some water on roti, add salt needed for roti only.
  10. Mix and add to the pan on stove top.
  11. Keep stirring and cook roti little crispy.
  12. If adding Cheese than add, just mix and serve.
