Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Parota 5
  2. Onion 3 big
  3. tomatoes 2
  4. Green chilli 3
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  6. RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
  7. Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  8. Fennel powder 1 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  10. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  11. Chicken 150 gms
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. oil

Instructions

  1. Fry chicken in chicken fry masala...
  2. Any fry masala can be used
  3. I used ginger garlic paste
  4. Add Red chilli powder, fennel powder, turmeric powder, Garam Masala and salt.
  5. marinate chicken and keep it for 20 minutes
  6. Fry it in oil
  7. and shred it
  8. Keep it aside
  9. Tear the parota into small pieces
  10. Put it in pulse in blender once
  11. Keep it aside
  12. now heat oil in a kadai
  13. Add chopped onions
  14. Saute till translucent
  15. Add gg paste
  16. Saute for a minute
  17. Add tomatoes and cook till mushy
  18. Then add all the masala and salt
  19. Add little water
  20. Cook till raw smell vanishes
  21. Add shredded chicken
  22. And then parota
  23. And fry for 5 to 8 minutes
  24. Garnish with coriander leaves
