Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Parota 3
  2. Carrot 1
  3. Green Beans 3
  4. Egg 2
  5. Chicken Gravy 5 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 3 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1 tsp
  8. Onion 2
  9. Oil as required
  10. Tomato 1
  11. Curry leaves few
  12. Coriander leaves few
  13. Jeera powder 1 tsp
  14. Pepper powder 1 tsp


  1. In pan heat oil,saute onion till golden brown.after add curry leaves,tomato mix well.add salt.red chilli powder stir well.
  2. Chop veggies small .Boil vegetables and keep it aside
  3. In another pan heat oil add beaten eggs and salt,chicken powder.mix well.cook for 10 min.
  4. Now add boiled vegetables in pan.mix well.after add eggs stir well.
  5. Add pepper and jeera powder.after add chopped parota.mix well.add chicken gravy and stir well.
  6. Add Garam masala.little oil.mix well
  7. Spicy egg veggies kothu parota is ready to eat
