Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Rotis r chapatis 10
  2. Onions 2
  3. Tomatoes 3
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tspns
  5. Minced chicken 1/4 kg
  6. Chilly powder 1tbsp
  7. Haldi a pinch
  8. Garam masala powder 1tspn
  9. Pudina leaves handful
  10. Coriander leaves handful
  11. Green chilly 2
  12. Oil 100 grams
  13. Salt as per the taste
  14. Curry leaves handful
  15. Eggs 4


  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped onions
  2. Fry it till the Onion's turn pinkish now add curry leaves and green chillies
  3. Saute it for a minute and add gg paste and saute
  4. Now add washed minced chicken and saute
  5. And then add haldi chilly powder garam marsala and salt
  6. Add tomatoes cook till it's done
  7. Add Pudina and coriander leaves and saute
  8. Add eggs and cook
  9. And at last add rotis r chapatis cut into pieces mix it nicely and close and leave it for 5 mts in dum
  10. Serve it hot
