Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Parota 3
  2. Chopped Onion 2 and 1/2
  3. Tomato 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Salna gravy 1 cup
  6. Egg 3
  7. Curry leaves as required
  8. Coriander leaves as required
  9. Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1 tsp
  11. Chilli powder 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make paratha into small pieces.
  2. In pan heat oil and add chopped onion.saute it well.after add tomato and spices.cook for 5-10 min.now add eggs.mix well.cook in low flame.
  3. After add salna gravy.wait for 5 min.now add parota pieces and mix well.cook.for 5 min.garnish with coriander and then serve it hot.
