Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Parathas 4
  2. Garam masala powder 1teaspoon
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1teaspoon
  4. Chopped onions 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
  6. Boiled, mashed potato 1/2cup
  7. Chopped capsicum 1/4 Cup
  8. Grated carrot 3 teaspoons
  9. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  10. Jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Salt per taste
  12. Oil 3 teaspoons
  13. Haldi a pinch
  14. Dhaniya powder 1 teaspoon
  15. Boiled sweetcorn 1 teaspoon
  16. Sev 3 teaspoon
  17. Curd 4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds, jeera, onion, tomato, boiled and mashed aloo, ginger garlic paste, garam masale, haldi, red chilli, jeera n dhaniya powder, coriander leaves and capsicum pieces.
  2. Once everything becomes soft switch off the gas and keep aside. Coarse grind the parathas in gringer and add it to the above mixture, mix nicely.
  3. Add salt, garnish with coriander leaves, boiled sweetcorn, sev and serve it hot with curd.
