ABOUT baked telapia RECIPE

it's a health fish recipe with less oil. no frying required.less time consuming and a lip smacking dish for lunch and dinner. it's cooked in OTG for about 20 mins. kids love this dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. medium sized Telapia fish( you can take any fish)
  2. ginger
  3. garlic
  4. green chillis
  5. Lemon
  6. fish fry masala( you get them in super marts)
  7. soy sauce- 1 teaspoon
  8. pink salt to marinate
  9. white vinegar 1 teaspoon
  10. curd 2 teaspoon
  11. foil paper to wrap the fish
  12. black pepper about 10

Instructions

  1. clean the telapia fish
  2. make a pate of green chillies, ginger, garlic, black pepper
  3. now place the fish on a foil pepper. add salt lemon juice and the paste to the fish and rub well
  4. now in a bowl add fish fry masala, curd, soy sauce, vinegar and make a thick paste
  5. close the foil paper well and bake the fish at 180 degree for 10 mins each side
  6. serve it with sliced onion and lemon wedges n dip of your choice
