Delicious beautiful cake for everytime and specially for during fast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 GM. Sago
  2. 125 GM. Water
  3. 100gm. Sugar
  4. 1 kiwi chopped
  5. For coating
  6. Desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Firstly wash sago 2-3 times properly
  2. Then blend sago ,kiwi, sugar and water and prepare a batter.
  3. Now pour this batter in a greased mould and cook in steamer for 25-30 minutes. Also check with a toothpick in between.
  4. After it get cooked demould it and let it cool.
  5. Now cut the pieces after it get cooked and coat in dessicated coconut very well and.enjoy it.
