Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rice flour 3 cups
  2. Coriander leaves little
  3. Onions finely chopped 1/4 cup
  4. Curry leaves little
  5. Carrot grated 1/4 cup
  6. Capsicum 1/4 cup
  7. Sugar 1 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Green chilies chopped 2
  10. Water 1 cup
  11. Refined oil or ghee or butter 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl put finely chopped onions, grated Carrot, Coriander, curry leaves and green chillies. Mix all these well.
  2. To this add rice flour. Add sugar and salt also as per the taste. Knead all these ingredients very well by adding required amount of water.
  3. Prepare the little hard dough.
  4. Heat a skillet. Spread oil or butter or ghee on this. Tap thalipittu on this circularly.
  5. Spread oil or butter or ghee to both the sides of the thalipittu. Cook it nicely .
  6. Serve hot with coconut Chutney, ghee or butter.
