Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd -1 cup
  2. Soaked sabu Dana -1/2 cup
  3. Black salt -1/4 tea spoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Roasted and crushed Cummins seed -1/2 teaspoon
  6. Chopped green chilly -1/4 teaspoon
  7. Chopped coriander leaves -1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Soak sago / sabudana for 4 - 5 hours and strain it.
  2. Heat water in a pan.
  3. When water comes to boil add sago / sabudana and turn off the gas.
  4. Strain it.
  5. Whisk the curd
  6. Add roasted n crushed cumin seeds,black salt,salt and mix well.
  7. Add green chilly, sabudana and coriander leaves and mix well.
  8. Serve chilled.
