This is a very tasty and delicious dessert .which is made water chestnut flour .

First we will make sugar syrup . For this take a pan put sugar in it add 3/4 water and cook it .
Make 2 string sugar syrup . And keep aside to cool .
Shift the 1 cup mawa and water chestnut flour in a mixing bowl . Mix them well add 1 tbsp milk and make very soft dough . Adjust the quantity of milk to making dough soften
Now form dough make 1cm diameter 's small balls .
Now take a wok put pure ghee in it and heat it
In hot ghee fry the balls on medium slow flame .
When the colour of the balls become brown remove from ghee and put them immediate in sugar syrup for half an hour . Guldana is ready .
For making flower mix sugar powder in 1/2 cup mawa. now divide it into 6-7 part .and make balls from it .
From two balls give the shape of leaves .
From other balls make small poori pressing on palm . arrange these poori like picture and roll them . Cut it in two parts .and get two flowers .
Now serve Guldana and garnish with Mawa rose .
