Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. water chestnut flour 2 cup
  2. oil 2 tsp
  3. capsicum finely chopped 1/2cup
  4. carrot finely chopped 1/2 cup
  5. cabbage finely chopped 1/2cup
  6. Finely chopped green chilli 2
  7. Back pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt or rock salt to taste


  1. Take a wok . Put 1tsp oil in it and heat it .
  2. In hot oil add chopped green chilli then add all chopped veggies. Now add black pepper powder and salt and mix them. And cook them on medium slow flame and stir occasionally .
  3. Until it cook we will prepare the dough .
  4. For dough take a high-hipped plater put water chestnut flour in it .add 1/4 tsp salt and 1tsp oil in it and mix well.
  5. Now with lukewarm water make soft dough of flour and kneed it well. And give the 10 mins rest .
  6. Now we will check the veggies . If veggies are cooked switch of the flame and allow to cool . Stuffing is ready.
  7. Now again kneed the dough . And make 8 equal size balls .
  8. Now roll the balls from rolling pin and make poories .
  9. Now take a poori put 1-2tsp stuffing in middle and give the shape of momos , prepare all like this .
  10. Now steam cook the momos for 10-12 mins . momos are ready ,serve hot with green chatni or as u like .
