Ingredients to make Chocolate cake

  • flour - 100grams
  • Cocoa Powder - 10 grams
  • sugar - 125grams
  • butter - 60grams
  • eggs - 150%(3 nos)
  • Milk Powder - 8grams
  • Baking Powder - 1grams
  • baking soda - 1grams
  • salt Pinch
  • Cake Gel - 6grams
  • Vanilla Essence - 1teaspoon
  • Refined oil - 40grams
  • lemon Essence - Few Drops
  • Caramel Syrup - As Required

How to make Chocolate cake

  1. Sieve the flour along with baking powder, milk powder, baking soda and cocoa powder.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar gradually, also add butter and mix continuously till sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Add cake gel and lemon essence and caramel syrup and salt while beating .
  4. Add flour as well as refined oil and fold roughly with the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the desired greased, shaped moulds.
  6. Bake at 160 degree Celsius temperature for 30 to 40 minutes.
