Ingredients to make Chinese Biscuit

  • flour 100grams
  • Icing sugar 50grams
  • butter 10grams
  • Margarine 50grams
  • salt 1grams
  • pineapple Essence 1teaspoon
  • Custard pdr. 4grams

How to make Chinese Biscuit

  1. Sieve the flr. along with custard pdr.
  2. Cream margarine as well as butter together.
  3. Add salt and essence to the above mixture.
  4. Add icing sugar to the above creamed fat.Add flour gradually and knead to soft dough.
  5. Roll the dough of even thickness, cut with desired biscuit cutter, arrange on baking trays.
  6. Bake at 150 deg. temp. for 15 minutes.
