Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato peeled and cubed 2 numbers(big)
  2. Onion big cubed 2 numbers
  3. Ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  4. Tomato cubed 1 number
  5. Chilly powder 1 tablespoon
  6. Coriander powder 2 tablespoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil 2 tablespoon
  10. Coriander leaves finely chopped 3 tablespoon
  11. Coconut milk thick 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. In a cooker saute onion ginger garlic paste till transparent
  2. Add tomatoes and saute till its mushy.
  3. Add cubed potatoes and saute for a minute.
  4. Add all the masala powders and stir well.
  5. Add 2cups of water and cook till three whistle.
  6. After pressure subsides,open the cooker and mash the potatoes with a ladle .Add coconut milk and coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
