it's a little unique. sweet which can be made from frozen or fresh mangoes very very easy to make and does not require ghee at all can be stored in fridge for one week as Diwali is near can be made in a jiffy

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk powder 3/4 cup
  2. Malai kept for 4 days 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Mango purée fresh or frozen 1/2 cup
  5. Pinch of cardamom powder
  6. Pinch of nutmeg powder
  7. Few saffron strands
  8. Sliced almonds
  9. Sliced pistachios
  10. Few poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Take a nonstick pan.
  2. Add malai in the pan
  3. Add the milk powder and continuously stir
  4. Lastly add mango purée and stir till the side starts to leave
  5. Transfer in a plate till it cools down completely
  6. Decorate with sliced almonds ,sliced pistachios and poppy seeds
  7. Cut into small pieces and store in an airtight container
