Ingredients to make 2 ingredient quick chocolate cake

  • eggs at room temperature 3
  • Dairy milk chocolate 120 grams

How to make 2 ingredient quick chocolate cake

  1. First temper the chocolate using double boiler technique. ( placing a borosil bowl over a vessel of boiling water)
  2. Carefully separate egg whites and yolks in 2 separate bowls
  3. Whip the egg white with electric whipper till stiff peak is formed
  4. Then one by one mix the egg yolk in cool tempered chocolate
  5. Take a spoon of whipped egg white and mix in the chocolate yolk mix. Mix it well.
  6. Then transfer it in the rest of whipped egg white bowl and gently fold in till all of it is nicely incorporated.
  7. Now transfer it in a greased silicon mould .
  8. Bake it in a pre heated oven for 25 mins at 170 degrees. Timing can vary as per your oven setting . Keep a check on the cake after 15mins and give more time if required.
