Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cashew nuts,almonds and pistachio 15-20
  2. Milk1 bowl
  3. Moong dal atta 1 bowl
  4. Ghee 1 bowl
  5. Sugar as per taste
  6. Condensed milk 2 tablespoon


  1. Heat oil in a pan,add ghee and let it melt. Add nuts(kaju,badam and pista) and roast it in ghee till colour changes. Take roasted nuts in a plate.
  2. In the same pan,add remaining ghee add moong dal atta and roast it well till colour changes into light brown.
  3. When colour changes light brown,add sugar,milk and condensed milk and mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add roasted nuts,turn off the flame and mix it well.
  5. Serve hot with extra ghee.
