Ingredients to make Restaurant style Poori masala

  • potatoes 4 big
  • Green peas
  • Sliced onion 2
  • Very finely chopped ginger
  • green chillies 3
  • turmeric Powder 2 pinch
  • salt to taste
  • curry leaves 2 sprigs
  • coriander leaves
  • For seasoning oil 2 tablespoon
  • mustard 1/2 teaspoon
  • Channa dal 1/4 teaspoon
  • cashews optional

How to make Restaurant style Poori masala

  1. Heat oil. Add mustard. When it cracks add channa dal and cashews
  2. Add finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves
  3. Add peas
  4. Add finely sliced onion and ginger. Saute well.
  5. Add salt and turmeric powder
  6. Add mashed potatoes
  7. Mix well
  8. Add coriander leaves. Rest masala for 5 minutes
