Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Clarified butter - 4 tablespoon
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water - as required

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl add wheat flour,salt ,2 tbsp clarified butter and water and mix well.
  2. Make a stiff dough.
  3. Cover this dough with muslin cloth and keep aside for 15 mins.
  4. Make a ball with the dough.
  5. Roll a thick roti.
  6. Spread the clarified butter on one side of the roti and place on the preheated oven
  7. Flip after 30 seconds and start pinching with the tweezer.
  8. Once it is lightly cooked from one side flip it and cook for other side
  9. Grease clarified butter and serve hot.
