Alsi Ke Laddu

Ingredients to make Alsi Ke Laddu

  • 2 cups flax seeds (roasted and powdered)
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 cups fried and crashed goond
  • 2 cups powdered sugar/bura
  • 1/4-1/4 each crashed almonds, resins, cashew , walnuts.
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 3/4 cup ghee

How to make Alsi Ke Laddu

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan and roast the wheat flour in ghee till its become light brown.
  2. Now switch of the flame, now add all remaining ingredients quickly.
  3. Mix them very well.
  4. Make medium sized laddu . Store in air tight box

My Tip:

We also add 1/4cup fried foolmakhana (lotus seeds) for crunchy taste.
