Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. All purpose flour 1 1/4 cup
  2. Milk 3/4 cup
  3. Sugar 3/4 cup
  4. Mava 1/2 cup
  5. Ghee 1/4 cup
  6. Cream ( malai) 1tablespoon
  7. Baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Soda 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Essence 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Sieve all dry ingredients.
  2. In one bowl take all wet ingredients. And mix in a mixer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Texture should be smooth.
  4. Now add dry ingredients into the bowl n mix it properly and in one direction only.
  5. Put mixture in a baking tin and bake it in preheated​ oven for 25 min at 180 degree.
  6. Perfect soft mava cake is ready.
