Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Flour +dusting 2 Cups
  2. Butter + brushing 2 tablespoons
  3. Instant yeast 1 teaspoon
  4. A pinch of salt
  5. Powdered sugar 3-4 tablespoons
  6. Milk 3/4 cup


  1. Preheat the microwave oven at 180 degree centigrade
  2. Grease an oven proof pan with some butter and dust some flour.
  3. Take a yeast in a bowl add a pinch of castor sugar and some warm water mix well and set aside.
  4. Sieve flour in a bowl, add a salt,powdered sugar and mix well,
  5. Add activated yeast and mix lightly, add milk and mix, add some water (if you need,) gradually knead,
  6. Get a soft dough, dust work top with some flour
  7. Place a dough, cover with damp muslin cloth, and set aside to prove for 30 minutes
  8. Again dust,work top with some flour, knead again,
  9. Add a butter and knead well
  10. Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape them in to small balls,
  11. Place the balls in the greased pan, cover with damp muslin cloth.
  12. Set aside to prove for 30 minutes
  13. Brush some milk over buns, place the pan in preheated microwave oven
  14. Bake for 15-20 minutes, after baking, remove from heat and brush with some butter on the top
  15. Cool for 15 minutes, then serve and enjoy well
