No Baking, No Cooking, Must try this easy & deliciouse Cookie Icecream Sandwich for your Little one.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Hide and Seek Biscuits 10
  2. For Filling
  3. Cookie Ice cream 1/2 Cup
  4. Cheese Cream 2 tablespoon
  5. Whipped Cream 2 tablespoon
  6. Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a Mixing Bowl add filling Ingredients 1 by 1 and give it a nice mix.
  2. Now Freez it for at least 2 hour.
  3. After 2 hour arrange the 5 Buiscuits on tray.
  4. Top with scoop of filling on each biscuits and level it out.
  5. Cover with the remaining Buiscuits and press lightly.
  6. Refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. Enjoy.
