Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ramdana 2 tablespoon
  2. Makhana 8-10
  3. Chopped dates, apricot and cranberry 2 tablespoon
  4. Honey 2 tablespoon
  5. Ghee 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In hot pan puff up the ramdana and take out in a bowl.
  2. In the same pan add makhana and dry roast it for 2-3 minutes
  3. Grind the ramdana and makhana in fine powder.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a wok, add ramdana mixture, roast in ghee for 1 minute.
  5. Add 3/4 cup of water and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add chopped dates, cranberry and apricots.
  7. Add honey and mix well. Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with dates, cranberry and apricots. Serve hot.
