Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Besan - 2cup
  2. Rice flour-1/2 cup
  3. Black pepper powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Peanuts -1/4 cup
  5. Fried gram dal-1/4 cup
  6. Cashew - 20
  7. Poha -1/2 cup
  8. Curry leaves - 2 sprig
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chilli powder- 2 teaspoon
  11. Sugar-1/2 teaspoon
  12. Ghee-3 teaspoon
  13. Hing-1/8 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare Sev ad kara boondi as in the respective recipe ....( in kara boondi - 1cup besan , salt and i have added black pepper....... and in sev i used 1 cup besan+rice flour)
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews...Then fry peanuts and gram dal separately... Fry everything in medium flame..Add curry leaves and fry poha finally...
  3. Transfer all the fried items to a mixing bowl and add salt, red chilli powder and hing to it..Toss..
  4. Add kara boondi, broken sev and toss gently....
  5. When cooled down completely add sugar and mix well...Transfer to airtight container....
