Anchovy is rich in omega 3 , calcium and minerals. this is one of my favorite fish. you can even eat the tiny bones :)

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Shallots - 6
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Garlic - 1 teaspoon
  4. Chilli powder - 2 tablespoon
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Lime juice - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Anchovy - 1/2 kg
  8. Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Coconut oil - 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Clean the fish and dry it using a tissue.
  2. Grind the ingredients into a fine paste - shallots, garlic, chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, lime juice, and salt. you may add a little water.
  3. Marinate the cleaned fish with paste and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a flat pan.shallow fry the marinated fish on medium flame until its brown and crispy.
