Ingredients to make Healthy Granola Bars(Sugar free, Gluten free, Oil free)

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats(not Instant)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, broken
  • 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • touch of Sea salt

How to make Healthy Granola Bars(Sugar free, Gluten free, Oil free)

  1. Combine the nuts, raisins and seeds together and keep aside.
  2. Mash the bananas well.
  3. Pulse the oats coarsely in a processor.
  4. Preheat oven to 180 deg. C
  5. Line a square baking tray with parchment.
  6. Combine the oats, mashed bananas, nuts and seeds along with the cinnamon and Vanilla extract.
  7. Spoon mixture into baking dish and press down well with the back of a metal spoon. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes till golden on top.
  9. Take out and let cool completely, slice and wrap individually.
