ABOUT Gluten free semolina vada RECIPE

Its inspired by semolina vada recipe. As i had lot of gluten free semolina left over, i tried it and it came out awesome:thumbsup:

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup gluten free semolina
  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. 3-4 green chillies grated
  4. 1 onion grated
  5. 1 tsp ginger grated
  6. A Pinch of baking soda
  7. Salt to taste


  1. 1) Combine semolina, curd and baking soda and leave it aside for 15 min
  2. 2) Add grated onion, chillies and ginger to the mixture and mix well
  3. 3) Make small balls, make hole in center and deep fry it in rice bran oil till it turns golden brown.
  4. 4) Serve hot with green chutney or sauce of your choice
  5. Enjoy it:thumbsup:
