Ingredients to make Gluten free pancakes

  • 1/2 cup chana daal(soaked for 4-5 hours)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (chopped)
  • 4-6 curry patta
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1tsp. Grated ginger
  • salt ( acc. To taste)
  • 1tbsp. oil for batter
  • 1tbsp. oil For cooking
  • 2tbsp curd
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin powder

How to make Gluten free pancakes

  1. Blend the soaked and drained chana dal in a mixer to a coarse paste adding a little water if required.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, add curry patta, green chillies, spinach, ginger, curd,salt and mix well.
  3. Pour a little batter on a gridle and spread to make a small pancake.
  4. Cook on both the sides using a little oil .
