Ingredients to make Karela fry

  • Karelas 6
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Corriander powder 2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric 1 tsp
  • amchur 1 tsp
  • oil to fry
  • All spices as per taste

How to make Karela fry

  1. Remove skin of karela slit it.
  2. Wash it and keep it in water .
  3. Add salt in it and mix well
  4. Soak 1/2 hour.
  5. Fry it and Stuff it with all spices
  6. Put little water and cover cook till fully soft.
  7. Put tamarind and jaggery paste , Simmer till it dries.

Serve with dal and rice
