Mango caramel Pudding

Ingredients to make Mango caramel Pudding

  • 500 ml milk
  • Milk powder 5 tbsp
  • Caramel powder 1 pack
  • mango pulp 5 tbsp
  • Nestle fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • Condensed milk half tin
  • Strawberries, crushed dark chocolates,cashew nuts, raisins as per requirement to garnish

How to make Mango caramel Pudding

  1. Start by bringing the milk to boil in a pan. Add in caramel powder and stir well.
  2. Then add in condensed milk ,milk powder, mango pulp, fresh cream, mix it well together.
  3. Cook this for 5 minutes, then allow it to set in bowls.
  4. Refrigerate it for half an hour and serve chilled.
  5. Garnish with sliced strawberries, grated dark chocolate, cashew nuts and raisins.

My Tip:

Tip for remoulding: Keep the bowl in warm water for 2 minutes then remould it.
