Ingredients to make Mango Caramel Pudding

  • 500 ml Good Life Milk
  • 6 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 pack caramel powder
  • 6 tbsp mango pulp
  • 4 tbsp Nestle fresh cream
  • Condensed milk 1/2 tin
  • For Garnishing:
  • Strawberries
  • Crushed dark chocolate
  • cashewnuts
  • raisins

How to make Mango Caramel Pudding

  1. Start by bringing the milk to a boil in a pan. Add in caramel powder and stir well.
  2. Add condensed milk, milk powder, mango pulp, fresh cream. and mix it well together.
  3. Refrigerate for half an hour and serve chilled.
  4. Garnish with sliced strawberries, grated dark chocolate, cashewnut and raisins.
