Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tbsp sprouted methidana
  2. 1 katori sprouted black chana,moong sabut,moth,lobia
  3. 2 tsp fresh grated coconut
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. 2 tsp imli
  7. 1 tbsp gur
  8. Salt acc. Taste
  9. 1 green chilli
  10. 1 tsp oil
  11. some coriander leaves


  1. All sprouted ingredients cook in pressure cooker for 1 whistle
  2. Soak imli for few min
  3. Heat oil in pan add all ingredients & mix instead onion & tomato
  4. Off the flame then add onion and tomato
  5. Serve hot or normal & garnish with coriander leaves
