Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
  2. 1/2 cup blanched spinach puree
  3. 1/2 tsp Salt
  4. 1/4 tsp carom seeds (Ajwain)
  5. 1/2 tsp Chili Paste
  6. 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  7. 2 tsp sprouted moong
  8. 1 tsp Shredded Cheese
  9. 2 tsp Shredded Paneer
  10. 3 tbsp oil
  11. 1 tbsp Ketchup
  12. 1 tsp Sprouted Moong for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add chickpea flour, Spinach puree, salt, Carom seeds, Chili paste and Ginger paste with 1/4 cup water and Mix well to form smooth batter
  2. In a Non stick pan add 1 tsp oil. Once the pan is hot, pour the batter with ladle. Sprinkle sprouted moong on the top
  3. Flip and Cook both the sides. Do until the batter is completed
  4. Garnish the Chilla with cheese,paneer,sprouted moong,and ketchup. Serve hot
