  1. 250gm spinach
  2. 1inch ginger
  3. 3-4green chilly
  4. 1 cup crumble paneer
  5. 1/2tbsp salt
  6. Gram flour,1cup
  7. Rawa1/4cup
  8. 1/2tbsp black pepper
  9. Ghee 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a mixer add chopped spinach,ginger&chilli
  2. Make fine puree
  3. In a bowl add Gram flour,rawa,palak puree&salt.mix it
  4. Flame to tawa apply 1/4 tbsp ghee to grease
  5. Pour better on it.cook 2min&flip
  6. In a bowl ,add paneer, salt& pepper
  7. Put stuffing on chilla
  8. Roll it
  9. Chilla is ready
