Ingredients to make Spinch moong daal chilla

  • 1 cup moong daal
  • 2 green chili
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 th cup chopped coriander
  • 8/9 garlic clove
  • 2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed
  • salt
  • oil

How to make Spinch moong daal chilla

  1. Soak yelllow moong daal for 3/4 hours. After 4 hours sieve the water . Take a mixer jar and put spinach leaves, soaked dals and all ingredints except oil and salt with little water
  2. Transfer moongdaal spinach batter in bowl add salty and mix it throughly
  3. To make chilla heat pan in medium flame
  4. Take a ladle full of batter and drop it on the center of pan. Spread it quickly with gentle hands in circular motion and make thin cheela. After a minute spread a tea spoon of oil over the chilla and let it cook till you see crisp corners. Now flip it over and cook for a minute from another side and serve with tomato sauce and greenchatni
